My surname may or may not be a Wong!! (OMG!!! O_O)

I found out about this few months ago during my grandma's funeral.

BUT!! It wasn't me...chill!! :P (sorry lah..dramatic a bit ^^)

It was my grandfather. My uncle told us about this during my grandma's funeral back in two months ago..yeah yeah..out of all the time..he just had to choose the time when both my grandparents are dead to tell us this huh =.=

(FYI: my grandfather passed away more than 20 years ago)

Apparently my grandfather was adopted by this 'Wong family', which means that my family blood line may or may not be from the Wong family..

I guess we'll never find out 'how' and 'why' my grandfather was adopted, and will never find out what is the surname of my blood line family..

How I wish I knew this earlier..then I would have asked my grandma about it..at least I'd still have a slight chance to know more T_T

Hmm..I may be contradicting myself here..oh well..I guess I gotta admit that not everything will never be too late :)

Friendship is very much associated with luck.
It doesn't mean that the more luck you have, the better friendship (or whatever you call that) you'll have!

It simply means that if you have more luck, you'll discover fake friendships earlier, and of course, it goes the same the other way too!

I guess I have no luck..I only discover fake people with mask after few years; or I should say..I only start to accept that there are such people around me after years of deceiving myself.

Friends do not gossip about each other behind their back.
Friends do not spread negative rumors about each other.
Friends do not enjoy/join in the gossip with other people, they'll stand up and back their friends up.

You do not deserve to have friends nor call yourself a friend of mine nor have me as 'friend' in FB.

I know. I knew. All the while I know, but I back you up, telling them that you are not that kind of person, telling them that nobody is perfect. I knew. but I told myself not to bother, because it may not be true, we should always assume the best out of everyone. That, at least would bring some light into the world. I hate myself everytime I think bad of you, after that, I hate you more for letting me think bad of you. I gave you chances, again and again, but you really broke my heart.

If you don't know what friendship means, and what it takes for friendship to exist; again, you do not deserve to have any friend.

I Will Build a Stronger Sandcastle

I lost my almost-finished sandcastle to the wave again...
This is either the second or third time my almost-finished sandcastle being washed away by the wave..probably more than that?
I was too busy re-building new sandcastles and I've lost count the number of times this is repeated..

This is frustrating.
This is draining my energy.
This is demotivating.

I must not give up.
I must not lose to the wave.
I must defeat the wave.

I cannot stop the wave from coming, I cannot stop the wave from wanting to harm my sandcastle, but what I can do, and will do is; to avoid my sandcastle being destroyed by the wave again.

I need to build a stronger sandcastle; one that is far away from the wave, one that the wave will not stand any chance to destroy it again.

I will complete the sandcastle.
It takes time, but I will.

I guess many people have done something they regret in lives.
Usually the first thing that'd come into their mind is "if only..."

There are many uncontrollable variables in life..if I were to sob myself and my time on them, I'll miss my opportunity to look into the controllable ones.

We won't know what's going to happen later..but we can decide on what will happen now..if we took the step.

Future are there to go through, to experience;
and not to be predicted, not to destroy the present.

If you have something you really want to do now, do it
If there is something you want to say, say it
If you have someone you really want to hold, don't let him/her go

There is no such 2nd chance as "If you could do one thing differently than what you did, what would it be?"
It's just a question to know what are your regrets..let's guess what our regrets would be instead..and make sure the 'guessed regrets' stand no chance to happen =)

it was good to be out =)

there were sooo many AIESECers there!!as usual we made so much noise and keep laughing XD

the presentation slot was postponed for more than 2 and a half hours!! >_<
so...I missed the last half of the MCVP election in Taylor's! T_T

hmm...but I was really satisfied with our performance and glad that the judges looked attentive and interested!whee~ =D

Was suppose to be at a trip that I was looking forward to..but ended up having a great day with an unexpected agenda as well =)

Today is Alfred's company opening party day! I'm so envy everytime he talks to me about his job..he loves it..I know =) Really glad that he's doing something he enjoys doing..and has passion for it..wan to give him all the blessings that he'll soar high in his career..so proud =)

And as for me!I received 2 good news in a day while I was at Alfred's office!My team got shortlisted for L'Oreal Brandstorm Competition and I passed the P&G Reasoning Test! =) These are just the 1st few baby steps to keep me going..I'm gonna walk further!

An older, tired-looking dog wandered into my yard.

I could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that he had a home and was well taken care of.

He calmly came over to me; I gave him a few pats on his head;

He then followed me into my house, slowly walked down the hall, curled up in the corner and fell asleep.

An hour later, he went to the door, and I let him out.

The next day he was back, greeted me in my yard, walked inside and resumed his spot in the hall and again slept for about an hour. This continued off and on for several weeks.

Curious I pinned a note to his collar: 'I would like to find out who the owner of this wonderful sweet dog is and ask if you are aware that almost every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap.'

The next day he arrived for his nap, with a different note pinned to his collar: 'He lives in a home with 6 children, 2 under the age of 3 - he's trying to catch up on his sleep. Can I come with him tomorrow?'

It was a beautiful Friday and the weather is so good!! ^_^

Woke up quite late (keke..no class ma...) and then went to look for lunch with Hwan in Gung Dong.
At one of the narrow back lanes (plenty of them!!), there were shops under construction and the car went over something and we heard "krak krong!!"
It was a great weather so the window on my side has been winded down..and we could hear some strange noise *psssssssssss*

Ahhh~~

There was a big hole on the side of the tyre~ O_O

In my heart I was kinda excited: "Yeah!!! Can play with changing tyre!!!! XD"

BUT......
"Let's change the tyre!" - \(^o^)/
"huh?I don't know how to!" - (O_o)?
"what??didn't you learn that during driving lessons?" - (>_<)#
"err...no we don't have to..just make a phone call and there'll be people here within 10 mins!" - (^_^)
"..............." *excitement graph fell down right to negative* - (T_T)

And guess what??
The person really arrived in less than 10 mins!!! (O_O)

Although my excitement for 'changing tyre game' was totally crushed by their efficiency, but my excitement graph was at its peak again when I suddenly thought of my camera!!

Our Korean supporter, Hongki opah came to pick us up at the airport and we took a bus to Daejeon from Incheon..AND I saw real snow for the 1st time!!! =D The journey took about 2hours + (zzz...)

There's nothing much here in Daejeon, from what I know, it's a slow-living city and not so much activity compared to Seoul =(
And the people here VERY seldom speak English so it's really inconvenient for me especially when ALL the road signs/instructions are written solely in Korean (faint x_x)

Amazing Race-Daejeon Version
Yesterday I decided to try out something adventurous - to buy a book!
so I Google-map-ed...got my friends to join the 'amazing race'..
The Google map said walk 4 minutes, but we ended up walking for hours..*fast forwarded*......we went to 3 bookstores..and we finally found it!! WOOHOOOOO!!! the whole journey was kinda torturing because of language barrier but luckily my roommate, Michelle knows some basic and I have my magic book to save our day! XD

In less than a month...I'll be doing something that I never thought I'll be doing...suddenly..I think that I'm so brave lah! =P
I'll be taking a year off to find out what I really want..
I'm taking a road less taken...and it feels great so far =P

Not many people would strive till the end to achieve what they want to do. Reasons? Loads of them!
My friends are going to start their exams next week...and I'm still sitting at home watching PPS every night...it feels good! =P

I have a feeling that things will not be easy over there..I can't wait to have fun with the challenges there!! ^_^

yes..yes..sick again...urgh~

I was suppose to settle my visa yesterday but because of this flu..I had to delay the plan T_T
I'm going off on the 18th of Feb!! =)

I still have loads of stuff to settle before I go..sometimes I would ask myself whether was it the right decision to make..I've got my answer..I have no regrets doing it and I'm sooo excited for it!!

I'm not sure what's coming but it'll definitely be a great challenge for me! I've spent loads of time in others..and I've neglected myself.. He was right..what about me?

It's time I should be responsible for myself..for my own development..and I'm ready to go to search for something new in my life! ^_^ I've made myself so so far left behind..sorry Amanda =)

Again, it's not an easy decision to make. But, this has made me realise a thing..every path leads to its own way and end..don't feel demotivated if you couldn't go to the path you want..you'll never know what's ahead of the path you're given..it's full of surprises =)

I was planning to take a long break from my studies and now my wish is granted!! =D so so so happie!! ^_^

I'll be extending my studies for one semester...but I'm thinking whether should I extend it to 1 year instead?Mom is being very supportive..I'll seriously consider about it =)

This morning, I told my mom that she'll be crying on the day I'm flying off..she said she won't wor...well...I shall see..(evil laughter) =P

I saw this when I was in the car with my daddy, It was very, very beautiful......

I was sooo excited, I bet my dad wished to kick me out of the car =P

But, it was gone after awhile, it wasn't really gone, but it was no longer as beautiful as it was 3 minutes ago...

And I remained back to my seat.

When it's gone, it's gone...

Not being pessimistic...but rational I am instead...beautiful things come only once...I know I won't be able to see the same beautiful painting being hung up in the sky anymore...maybe a similar one someday =) However, it will remain in my heart...And that is what matters =)

My First OC Experience

I'm home...

MYC 2009 has officially ended...

I cried a lot...which I didn't expect them at all...

I cried because I want to sleep more...

I cried because I was very angry...

I cried because I was disappointed...

But, the one I remember most...the one I want to remember most is...

I cried because I was amazed...

Being an organizing committee of MIRACLE is totally an amazing experience in my @ journey...

I didn't regret applying for it half a year ago...there were many problems we faced...many crisis situation to manage...many walls we hit our heads on until we finally found the way to get to the other side of the wall...it was painful to keep falling...but it was amazing on how we strive to stand up no matter how many times we fall...how each of us supports each other to stand up together...

I learned a lot about myself...I demand things to be perfect...I demand people to meet my expectations...I demand efficiency and effectiveness...

I'm a demanding person ='(

I will learn to adjust my expectations with the abilities and personalities of others =)

I was feeling so frustrated and sad when I got to know some of the teenagers now are so pampered and spoilt...I don't like them to be like that...We want to change them..We want them to grow...We want them to understand...

4 girls, their name tags got confiscated by me because they abandoned the food we prepared for them and instead they bought food from the cafe...and we had to throw away the food which are fully-packed in dozens of containers after every meal...

After a sharing session, all 4 of them came to me, crying very badly, they said:

"Amanda, we are very very very sorry about what happened just now, we were really pissed of when you took away our name tags (I bet they cursed me teruk teruk...), we didn't realise what wrong we had done, now we finally understand, we feel so guilty, we didn't know how hurt the OCs are when we abandoned the food, we were immature, we finally understand, can you all please forgive us?" (they were crying sooo badly...)

Oh my God...you know how I felt at that moment?I shared this to all the OCs...they need to know...we did it...we have made the difference in them through MIRACLE...they grew...

All the complaints and curses OCs had, were well paid off...at the end...it's all worthy =D

We started our Nightstalk practice only 15 minutes before the session starts...it takes trust and cooperation from everyone to succeed in the session...

And the feedbacks we got from delegates were..."it was soo cool!!!" ^^

A Question Seeking For Its Answer

A friend asked me to summarize my MIRACLE experience in one sentence.

It reminds me of what I did with my teammies yesterday...

Woke up early in the morning...thinking of what response I would get from the Ministry of Education..

"Is it approved?"
"Will I be so lucky to get the letter today?"
"Should I call?"
"Will the person-in-charge be there?"
"Do they have meeting?"
"Will we be late?"

I had a mixed feeling when Kaiser drove me and Sheahnie to Putrajaya..I kept wishing silently in my mind..I was excited..I was worried..I was nervous..I was paranoid when we took the wrong direction..I was afraid we cannot make it on time..

It has not been approved yet.

Rushed to the faculty to check on the hall booking approval status.

The office has closed at 11.30am for friday prayers.

So my answer goes like this......

Okay Okay...serious serious...!

I'm contented and happy with the way I live right now......without a boyfren ;)
Maybe because my 'utility level' is still at the satisfaction level, although not at the optimum level =D ( I paid attention to economics classes =P)
Or maybe it was due to the bad experiences I have had...that I would not want to give myself any extra headaches or tears and bump into brick walls when I already know there is one.. o.O
I have spent too much of my time on people that do not worth my time and tears..
And I guess that's the reason why I'm not spending any on anyone now =)

You can say that I'm being passive or objective...but I know what is best for myself...so far ;)
There are friends who always suggest to me: "why not you try it out first?"
And I would say: "Why would I want to try on something that I know it is not for me?"
Or: "Since you are single now, why not try and see leh?"
And I would say: "no boyfren won't die wan lor...ok??"

Take this as an example:
Would you try on a 30cm pants when you know that your waist is just 24cm??
Would you try on a XXL shirt when you know that you are as skinny as a skeleton??

If your answers are YES...then please stop reading this...we are totally on the different sections in a bookstore ^^

So far, I'm enjoying my live revolving around cute friends...sweet teammies...caring best friends eventhough they are all around the globe...activities...and most important of all...my family...

I spend too little time with my family since I started my uni life...it is obvious when I often hear them chatting about the places they went to makan and the clothes they bought during operasi-membeli-belah...I've missed so much from my family outings!! =(

But I had fun in uni also what (bluek!!) =P
Thanks to Imran & Kaiser who always bring us out to main-main...daki-daki gunung...tengok-tengok matahari...tonton-tonton wayang...minum-minum teh...makan-makan malam...like tak habis-habis only... =P

I will get into a relationship only when I found the right one (could be tomorrow?hahaha) =D

So right now...I'm extending my membership in The Singles' Club ^o^

I didn't sleep well yesterday night...I forced myself not to fall asleep...But I failed...

It was indeed a very bad morning I had..I wanted to get out for some fresh air...I checked my phone..and I realised there was 1 unread message..from Imran.."free later today?" (duh..I need to get out!!)

And he came to get me at 1pm, I broke down in tears when I got up his car (gosh...I sure looked horrible)

p/s: it's sure good to have tissues in your cars guys! ;)

I did not want to go to any shopping complex with my eyes swollen like that! So we went to Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (klpac) in Sentul. It has nice views there =D

Then Harish called Imran, ajak to go ice skating (eee...don't want la..alwiz fall down wan...)

How 'bout Genting? (what?!?!?!)

Yup! And off we go to Genting Highland!

There were so many cars broke down along the way up to the hill, at least 6 cars that I saw..kesian kesian..

Walked around GH, we wanted to go for Flying Coaster...mana tahu 'under maintenance'...cis!! =(

Mommy called and asked when I'm coming home (I went out at 1pm, told her I'm going for a lunch and will be back soon) it was 5.30pm. oops! =P

We left at about 6pm and it was raining! There were so many accidents along the end of the slope, at least 10 cars!! *pray*

Finally came home at 8.30pm, things seem to be...normal...

We often judge people based on their appearance, thus creating our own bias perspective..
I'm not sure about you, but I know sometimes I act that way as well..and that is BAD...

Many times in my life that I often judge people from their 1st impression, and often I got them all wrong...

It is indeed a wake up call for many of us, and I'll control myself from judging people from their 1st impression =) Hope you'll do as well! ^^

Sometimes it's not about choosing the correct path, but to have the courage to see what is awaiting beyond the path we've chosen..

I agree to what she said, I'm lucky with all the people I have around me, I'm just not so lucky with all the unfortunate events that's happening to me. But I have family and friends and people who loves me to talk to, to cheer me up..

I know that problems are there to test my faith, to see how far you can go, to see how strong you are, but I'm just not ready to take up the challenge yet. I apologize if I've disappoint you, but I really need time, give me some time, will ya?

I’m having a bad day, instead, it has been bad since weeks back. I know very well that in life, we have to accept the fact that not everything will go your way. But the thing is, NOTHING goes my way at all!!!I’ve been trying to persuade myself to be patience in life and convince myself that things will eventually become better at the end, but it’s getting worst!

I don’t know what is coming ahead for me, and I’m not looking towards it at all. Things are getting more and more complicated and problems keep piling up in my life. I can tell myself to solve the problems one by one and eventually all the problems will be solved. But can you imagine while you are trying to solve one problem, and another few more keeps coming into your life? It’ll never stop! I’m not being pessimistic or negative, but it is a fact that I gotta accept. There are many advices and philosophies that I myself can give to other people if they are in this situation, but since I’m the one being in this sucky situation, I can tell that they are all just plain words that makes people feel that “it’s not that bad after all”, but in fact, IT IS!

I’m having final exams next week, and I can’t concentrate in my studies. I do not want to attend any meeting tonight, can you guys just leave me alone? Can you guys please have some mercy on me and stop throwing problems to me?

I want to go home so badly......

I just came back from MABEST (Majlis Bestari Akademik)...and we skipped psychology replacement class for that =P

It was quite boring at first...until it came to......

MAKAN TIME!!! =D

There were nasi briyani, chicken, curry potatoes, meehoon, mixed salad, satay, ketupat, juice, custard, watermelon, currypuff, and ice-cream!! =D

Which means in other word...my diet plan failed terribly!!!!!! ='(

But they were so yummy and delicious..I can't help it!!! =P

I was excited when we were on the way to the Earth Hour Carnival, practically I was restless through out the whole journey in the car that Soon Kit attempted to kill me twice! ='(

We finally reached I-City, Shah Alam after 1 hour drive!! =D pretty early at about 3pm and I (not sure bout them) was quite blur on whether is the event happening or not >_<

Rain started pouring as if the sky wanted to bath 10 super gigantic dinosaurs (hahaha!!) We started preparing our booth after the rain stopped..yeah!!! =)

Not many people turned out at the carnival but those who were presence were so passionate and engaged with the whole event!!And there were so many yummy food stalls!!ss15 rojak, nandos, satay kajang, luk luk van, drinks, nasi lemak, all FOC!! =D yummy yummy!! =D

Lights off at 8.30pm...somehow I love the darkness..feel so calm and warm ^^

I woke up quite late in the morning eventhough I slept quite early yesterday night after cleaning the house for the intern..yeah!The intern will be stepping her foot on the land of Malaysia today!!So excited to go to KLIA to welcome her! =D

Went for brunch with Sin Ying at Putra before Kaiser come pick us up..we had Mary Brown ^^

It was about 1pm+ when we were enjoying the chicken burger (taste quite good =D)

*ding dong* I received a sms from my mommy..I read it..and I put down the burger I was having..I looked at Sin Ying and said "my uncle just passed away"..

I knew that this day would come..but never expect it to be so soon..I couldn't smile to Sin Ying..and I began to tear..many flashbacks came across my mind..the last time I saw him was during CNY..and I thought of the things he told us..how much he miss the times he could go to work..the times he could go where ever he wants to..he kept joking with us..he said this to us "life is too short..enjoy every laughter moment while you can..family is the most valueble asset.."

Sin Ying tried pretty hard to cheer me up..and I appreciate alot for her accompany..I felt so much better with her lame jokes.. =) and I finished up the yummy chicken burger! =D (cannot waste food wan...)

Later, Kaiser came and off we go to putrajaya central! =D We took the KLIA transit..the train is quite comfortable and looks classy =P (of coz classy la..RM 6.20 wan you know...hehe)

Finally we reached KLIA!! =) Soon Kit walked sooo fast that we couldn't catch up with his speed..he disappeared from our sight in just seconds..he tak sabar sabar wanna see the cute girl from Germany lah..tsk tsk tsk~ =P

Finally, the intern arrived!! =D MIRACLE is happening! Meet the cute lady from Germany..

Went to my uncle's funeral at night..listened to uncle aunties talk..I like to listen what they say..they are very philosophical..I like to listen to their experiences..often brings me so much life inspirations! ^^

We were looking at the burial centre brochure..like selling house only =.=" I told him just in case anything happen to me..I want to be buried..I don't want to be burned into ash =P and I don't want those 'live band' *ching ching chang chang* in my funeral..then my dad said "then play jay chou's song for u la k.." hahaha! =D

Well..the day will definitely come ma..must plan earlier and tell the people around you what you want =D (smart leh.....abit only lah..hahaha!!)

I had my 'subang' life again today!! =D

Haha!!Went for movie and dinner at Pyramid with Immy, William, Kaiser, SinYing, and Alex..we watched Watchmen...sat there for almore 2 and 45 mins..don't understand really what is the story about =.=" So blurred for 2 hours plus la =P I only remember something about the Comedian..HAHA!! =D

I was chatting with a friend through msn just a moment ago...and I think I sux in giving advises..I'll end up advising myself =P

Hectic in the morning...Fun in the evening!!! =D

I was suppose to start my 'school hunting' mission at 7.30am...sin ying came to knock at my door at 7.30am...and I was still sleeping!!!OMG!!what happen to my alarm?!?!I don't remember anything about me turning off the alarm =P (must be my phone know i'm tired =P)

We started our 'journey' at 8am..we waited for the rapid bus...waited for the ktm twice...we finally reached subang safely at 11am... yeah! =D

Went to 2 schools but there were some constraints...but they showed interest!that's a good news at least! ^^ just one more step and *snap!* =D

It was not a good day to visit schools..friday=prayers...again we have to wait...this time..at my house =P

we've decided to postpone mlm gong xi to 26 feb 09 (next week)...yeah!!!yeah!!!yeah!!! =D

I was suppose to have class now..but guess what??class cancelled!! =D that is like the 2nd happiest thing I love to listen! =D well the 1st would be no more exams for UPM students!!!yippee!!! =D (well..it might happen in my dream ma =P)

I realise that often we (or only me laa..) get too worried of things that MIGHT happen...when they actually might not even happen!!

I'm not sure of it's my luck or I'm blessed with lots of guardian angels or...or...duno la...!

Things that I thought would end up being a disaster...somehow end up turning to a happy ending! ^^

It happened to me really many times these few weeks since my 2nd sem started..but of course I know I can't depend on my luck all the time..must save for emergency use..keke =P (saving is a good habit! =D)

I'm feeling really stressful these few weeks...got lots of things to plan..execute..and my little cute brain is telling me: "Amanda Wong Yoke Pui!!!Stop torturing me la!!!You torture me somemore I'll run away wan ah!!HMPH!!" (I think my brain is cute..bluek!! =P)

Yesterday I had meeting until 2.30am..I was so tired and exhausted...(luckily no morning class the next day..see?lucky leh..haha! =P) I lay down on my bed..I closed my eyes and the whole long stretch of to-do list kept running in my head..waa~~ ='( (but in the end I slept like a pig also la..haha!!)

When I first got the EB election booklet, all I have in my mind was "make sure I submit before the dateline"...
I didn't even think about considering it...it was so 'compulsory' to me...
Until when I realise there were people who are not applying for it...
Then, only I realise it is actually a decision to make..(very blur case right?kekeke..biasa la =P)

And it took me nights to finish those brain cracking questionnaires...

It was about 1am when I went back to my room after malam gong xi meeting...

Then as usual la go lepak at ching's room about 2am =P

Sian was 'cooking porridge' at the corridor and suddenly she came in and told us she thinks she saw a white mice at the ground floor (we were at the 2nd floor, she sure has good eyesight wei =P)

Of course we went to kepoh abit la..it looked like a tiny white dot from the corridor..and I was pretty excited and ran down to check it out (i know i very 8 la...)

And guess wat..it was a HAMSTER!!! =)

We cant just leave it there to become the cats' supper rite??

So......

We 'scooped' it using dust pan to bring it upstairs! ;)

And its temporary home =)

It is really really cute and when you touch it..it feels like cotton..so soft!!! ^^

We discussed who to adopt it and we couldn't come out with the conclusion..so we had the best idea......

We ask the hamster to choose!!!hahaha!!!either subang or pahang or melaka ;) but it didn't move to any direction...argh... =P

We think that it should belong to one of the residents in my hostel..so we decided to put up notice to find the kesian hamster's owner...

Then the next day I went to Mid Valley with Sin Ying and we bought hamster food for it ;)
But it doesn't want to eat as well =.=" so choosy wan... =P

Nobody call to claim it till evening when I have to go for team day aka football session..so we brought it along go jalan jalan & find it a new owner =D

they abused it =(

my 2nd chance

After a short and yet meaningful conversation with a friend of mine few days back..I've been thinking alot these few days...

I've been observing my friends and people around me...trying to know what is inside these beautiful people...

Lately I've been thinking..if I really died 10 years ago..I would not have met my best friends, my uni mates, people I love, people whom loves me...my roomie's roommate will be someone else..there won't be Wong Yoke Pui anymore...and this blog would not exist..and I definitely would have missed so many wonderful things that had happened to me within this 10 years..

I was given a 2nd chance to live and I want to live it to the fullest..I want to do fill it with lots of laughter and make my 2nd chance a worthwhile one =)

I was pretty excited when it comes to the last lecture class (Agriculture) of the day at 2pm..yeah!!! (coz I can go home after that =D)

We were the 1st to arrive at the hall and yes!!the fan is all ours!!!haha!

based on last week's experience, we adjust the 'wall fan' to blow the wind towards our side to blow away all the 'minyak wangi' away..hahaha!!!smart le?(thanks to ying ying =P) but it ended up the cool wind blew right at my face and my face felt quite numb after a while, and I had to keep applying lipbalm..so what to do..have to reduce the speed lo =.="

I was quite semangat during the 1st 5 mins but...soon...zzz...

NOLAH!!!

I didn't sleep!!!I told myself I must not sleep!!!

Instead I did smth that brings back my semangat-ness........

Hmm..I should reserve a blog entry for my not-so-little doggie rite? =)

Here I present you the most naughty, most playful, and most lazy doggie...

ANGEL. . .!!!

let's talk about how Ms Angel came into our home sweet home and made it a even sweeter home after she came...

Once upon a time in year 2003, in a busy market in SS 2, there was a crowd of people at a corner and it caught my dad & mom's attention. It drew them to go nearer to the crowd to check out what's happening there (out of 8-ness also la...=P) It was a cardboard box with a few lil puppies in it. And some people from the crowd took the puppies out from the box to choose which puppy to adopt, they were all male except for one. My mom doesn't want to have any dog at home for some reason so they left the crowd and continued their vege & meat shopping (p/s: I very guai lui wan..I wanted to follow but couldn't wake up only =P) so they shop shop shop...then when they were returning to the car the crowd has already dispersed and only left the pathetic cardboard box there. Somehow my mom went over to look into the box..and there was one lonely puppy left in the box..it was sadly lying down there where all its brothers have been taken away except for it. Then there was a lady and her daughter came and took out the puppy and the puppy is a female. The daughter begged her mom to adopt it but the lady rejected simply because it is a female dog. My mom was worried that the puppy girl will be taken and treated as a 'dish of steamboat'..so after awhile of waiting, my mom decided to bring it home and look for a home for it. So...that is where lil Angel came into our family picture......

I was so afraid of it at first because it kept nipping my ankle...I don't dare to step out of the house and if I do, I run out and run back in with the speed of light =P And it'll bite everything she sees (there goes my mom's garden =( )

As time goes by and Angel has already been part of our family...

In the mean time my mom keeps looking for a home for it and finally found one couple (my sis's colleague)..at the night when the couple came to collect Angel...I was crying and hugging Angel in my arms and refuse to give it to them (the scene was like someone trying to steal my baby away =.=")Then my family couldn't do anything and apologized to the couple and sent them off...

And that is the reason why Angel is still here in our home and became part of my family ^o^

My home isn't the same anymore since she came in...a home filled with even more laughter, even more happiness~~~ =D

Sometimes when you're unhappy, somehow it will know and will come to sit beside you quietly. When you talk to it, it listens and gives you eye contact. but sometimes it'll get emo also la..mood swing..girl ma =P

My mom trained her to sit, lie down, beg, high five-high ten, stand up on 2 legs, & roll over..geng le~~*clap clap* =)

Hey you!!!Yes you!!!

If you do not have a dog or any other pet, OR you're undecided whether to have one or not, you should really think about having one...it is not just about something fun or to entertain you, but it is also a responsibility and contribution you can do to the society..my dog isn't any pedigree dog like shih-tzu, pekiness or bla bla bla..it does not have any specific breed name and consider value-less by many people..but it is a LIFE..a life that most of us have neglected in our society..

I believe most of you have seen at least one dead dog lying in the middle of the highway or just the street next to your house...these stray dogs do not have a home and nobody wants to adopt it..and what effort our municipal did was to catch them and put them into sleep or to shoot them right on the spot they found it..these stray dogs are all mixed/crossed breeds and nobody wants them..pour hot water on them..abuse them..and they couldn't voice out..they couldn't call 999 and report someone has abused them!!!

I have a story to share..there's a person I know who stayed in a wooden-bricks house area and he had adopted about 3 or 4 stray dogs, feed them and take care of them..but according to the municipal rules, each house can only rare 1 dog..the dogs were really tamed and never hurt anyone before..one day when this friend of mine came home..found that all his dogs except for one, had been taken away by the people from municipal and put them into sleep...

He has the heart to do something for the not-so-lucky lives but do not have the ability to do so, but those with the ability to do so will never want a not-pure-breed dogs..if only they could help, they have no idea how much innocent lives they can save, and being a responsible owner, you should spay your dog to control unnecessary breeding, and reduce the number of stray dogs...
